Terms and Conditions
The Managing Excellence Group reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without prejudice and for any reason whatsoever.
PAYMENT – Payment for goods may be made by cheque, cash, bank transfer, or through PayPal for online sales. Payments must clear before release of goods. Postage and packing costs are included in UK deliveries. Contact us for details of costs for delivering orders to beyond the UK.
DISPATCH – We aim to process your order on the first working day after payment is cleared. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We will inform you immediately of any delay in the process of dispatch. Your delivery may require a signature.
PACKAGING – Our packing is designed to ensure safe transportation of your goods. We will recycle packaging in line with our commitment to ecological principles. Damage in transit must be reported immediately with dated photographic evidence.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS – If you are not delighted with your product then just return within one week, it in its original condition, and we’ll arrange a refund.
OWNERSHIP AND QUALITY OF INFORMATION – Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights exist in any documentation, data, know how, methods and concepts, used or developed by us in providing the products and services, shall, between you and us, belong to and remain vested in us.
All conditions or warranties (whether expressed or implied by statute or common law or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage or otherwise) as to the quality of the material supplied or their fitness for a particular purpose (even if that purpose is made known expressly or by implication to us) are expressly excluded.

Any decisions you make having received any of our products or services are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.
UNFORESEEN EVENTS – We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service delivery if we are prevented from, or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the products or services as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
